The article by Marcell Nagy and Roland Molontay, titled Interpretable Dropout Prediction: Towards XAI-Based Personalized Intervention, has just been published in the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education.

In this work, using the data of a large public Hungarian university, the authors demonstrate how interpretable machine learning (IML) and explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) tools can support educational stakeholders in dropout prediction.
