Pro Scientia Gold Medal awarded to Gergely Lukáts

November 25, 2021

The Pro Scientia Gold Medal was founded in 1988 by the National Council of Scientific Students. Every two years, it is awarded to 45-50 young Hungarian researchers who have made an outstanding scientific contribution during their university studies (mainly at OTDK conferences). We were honoured that this year a former student of HSDSLab, Gergely Dániel Lukáts, was also awarded the Pro Scientia Gold Medal. Gergő's research topic, the connection between grade inflation and student evaluation of teaching, has resulted in an OTDK 1st place, an OTDK 2nd place, as well as publications in reputable national and international journals. Congratulations to Gergő Lukáts for his great achievements and well-deserved recognition! We also congratulate Gergő's supervisors, Zombor Berezvai and Roland Molontay for their work!
