The article by Enikő Zakar-Polyák, Marcell Nagy and Roland Molontay, titled Towards a better understanding of the characteristics of fractal networks, has just been published in Applied Network Science.

The aim of the paper is to provide a better understanding of the origins of fractality in complex networks by performing a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between various network characteristics and fractality on five network models and a large number of real-world networks originating from six domains.
