Two papers of our lab was presented at one of the most prestigious conferences of social network analysis

The flagship conference of social network analysis, ACM/IEEE Advances in Social Network Analysis and Mining was held in Vancouver this year. Our lab was represented with two papers. The article titled Two Decades of Network Science as seen through the co-authorship network of network scientists by Roland Molontay and Marcell Nagy pay tribute to the past 20 years of network science, while the paper On the Structural Properties of Social Networks and their Measurement-calibrated Synthetic Counterparts by the same authors studies a large collection of social networks using data-driven approaches.
