We are delighted to share that our study, which was awarded the Best Presentation Award, “An Interpretable Machine Learning Application for Predicting and Improving University Readiness”, is now officially available in the prestigious IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

The research introduces an innovative, web-based predictive tool that analyzes data from over 126,000 students across six Hungarian universities. Using machine learning and interpretable artificial intelligence (e.g., SHAP) methods, the system supports high school students in choosing the right field of study and helps them prepare for a successful university career.

The publication marks a significant milestone for the project, as the research findings are now accessible to the international scientific and engineering community.
