Two researchers from HSDSLab, Artúr Vlaszov and Roland Molontay, along with their co-authors Nóra Gombos and Szilvia Bíró-Szigeti, have published a paper in the Journal of Open Innovation: Technology, Market, and Complexity.
In this study, the authors examined how banks' social media content influences consumer reactions using machine learning techniques. Their findings provide valuable insights into how banks' online presence and communication strategies affect customer engagement and behavior.
