Two HSDSLab researchers, Artúr Vlaszov and Dr. Roland Molontay, have published an article in the Journal of Open Innovation: Technology, Market, and Complexity, together with their co-authors Nóra Gombos and Szilvia Bíró-Szigeti.
In the study, the authors analyzed the content appearing on banks' social media platforms and the consumer reactions to them using machine learning methods. Their results shed light on how the online communication and presence of banks influence customer behavior and engagement.
