Károly Simon - the head of the Department of Stochastics at BME and the PhD supervisor of our team leader, and a remarkable professor of every member of our lab - is going to celebrate his 60+1st birthday next year. We have organized a conference at BME titled Geometry of Deterministic and Random Fractals, which is dedicated to fractals and the celebration of Károly's birthday.
