The article by Péter Tamás Kovács, Marcell Nagy and Roland Molontay, entitled Comparative analysis of box-covering algorithms for fractal networks, was published in Applied Network Science. The aim of the paper is to provide a unified framework for comparing approximate box-covering algorithms by collecting, implementing and evaluating these methods according to different aspects, including runtime and approximation ability. As part of this project, Péter Tamás Kovács has previously written a 1st prize winning TDK thesis.
