The Rényi Kató Memorial Award of the János Bolyai Mathematical Society is given to young mathematicians who, during their university studies, have achieved independent scientific results in some field of mathematics.

Csaba earned this recognition for his joint research with Bálint Vető on modeling the age distribution of longevity leaders. Their results were published in the prestigious Scientific Reports journal.

The award was presented by Péter Simon, Secretary General of the János Bolyai Mathematical Society.
