We are proud to share that our colleague, Donát Köller, represented HSDSLab at the Human Hungary conference, one of Hungary's leading HR events, organized by Behaviour — HR Magazine. Together with Gábor Nagy, a psychometric expert at OD-Tools.com Ltd., they delivered a presentation titled "What New Insights Can We Uncover About Workplace Motivation Using the Latest Data Analysis Methods?"

The presentation explored how modern data analysis approaches — combined with psychometric methods — can offer new perspectives on understanding workplace motivation, and how they can help shed light on the complex factors shaping the employee experience. By bridging the worlds of data science and organizational psychology, the talk highlighted the added value of interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing real-world HR challenges.
